Breaking changes
Analysis Worker service is now checking the SR (Speech Recognition) Models from the LMS (Language Model Service). LMS URL must be defined in the inventories.
Enhancements
- Built-in automatic assignments, enabling new tenants to evaluate conversations right after receiving any.
- Initial language setups can be changed after the first login. It allows users to select additional languages and make analysis.
- Users are enabled to ignore irrelevant phrases through the world cloud. Users can ignore phrases without visiting administration screens.
- The failed conversations can be retried to get analyzed via GUI. Reanalysis feature gives additional chance for the failed conversations to get analyzed again.
- Profile pictures of the users are shown on the lists, menus, and filters.
- The profile pictures can be posted via external API.
- The evaluation results can be filtered by considering their passive or active evaluation forms.
- The client doesn’t have to send duration as the metadata of the conversation. The system automatically calculates the conversation duration by itself.
- Interruption moments are now shown on the audio waveform.

- The performance of the queries has been improved by enabling them to work on specific languages.
- The navigation via breadcrumbs has been improved by pointing the previous actions.

- Query result badge in conversation detail does not points the related section of the conversation.
- The department selector in assignments remembers the previous selections in the new ones.
- Topic distribution graph keeps the old topics after a new training is issued.
