Breaking changes
- Analysis Worker service is now handling the text correction. Text normalization URL should be imported to Knovvu ML and its endpoint should be defined within the inventory.
- Knovvu ML should be upgraded to version 1.56 or higher. text_normalization service must be v9 and text_clustering v7 or higher.
- POST Tag method: tagId is added besides flagId. The method returns both tagId and flagId values. The flagId will be deprecated in 24 November 2023. Please use tagId instead.
Enhancements
- Sentiment analysis of customer and the agents are issued by the sentiment service. ML Sentiment service should be deployed, and its URL should be addressed to the inventories. This feature is used for chat and voice call type of conversations.
- Licensing upgrades: The conversation will not be analyzed if the agent license is not enough.
- Named agent licensing: The user is now enabled to select specific agents for analysis.
- Zoom Integration: Meetings received from Zoom can be received and presesented on the UI including the participant informations.
- Standardization of Elastic Logs.
- Making sentiment an additional feature: If sentiment analysis is not used during the analysis, it can be deactivated by the host.
- Redefining the system start date as the start of the current year.
- Change in the response of POST Tag method: tagId is added besides flagId.
- Evaluation results notifications: The users are notified about the evaluation results with emails.
- Objection notifications: The users are notified about objections with emails.
- The automatic evaluation scores of each conversations are now appear on the conversations page.
- Verified user feature: the application now supports verification of the users. The actions such as emailing or authorizing can be set for only the verified users.
- Limitation for the analysis: The maximum total call duration of an agent per day is 5 hours.
- Limitation for the chat conversations: The total chat character limit of an agent per day 20,000.
- Editing LDAP users has been disabled.
- Departments can be disabled. The departments removed on AD are represented as pasive departments on Knovvu Analytics.
- New transcription languages: Spanish and Urdu are supported in Transcription.
- Evaluation results excel document notification: Evaluation result excel download ready notification is delivered with an email.
