# Version 3.2

## Enhancements

- Evaluation from conversation details: It is now possible to make evaluations by checking the conversation details such as transcription, analysis results and sentiment.
- New transcription view: Conversations in bubbles is now available for the transcriptions.
- New detailed evaluation results excel: Question scores, reasons and attached data are can be included in the evaluation result exports.
- Self-deciding category number: AI generated category number can be decided by the clustering model now.
- Additional quality management permissions: Quality management related permissions assigned to the roles have been enhanced.
- SCIM protocol integration: You can now securely use SCIM to manage user identity and group information.

## Improvements

• AI Topic service can be managed on on-premise deployments. • The problem in premium reporting settings has been resolved. • Minor bug fixes.

## Known Issues

- Bug: Search result on waveform cannot be seen .
- Bug: Customer Sentiment on Meeting and Videocalls.
- Bug: Arabic UI Allignment problems.
- Raising objection is lacking in the new evaluation design.
