Enhancements
Azure OpenAI Support:
OpenAI usage through Azure is now enabled, allowing users to integrate and leverage OpenAI's capabilities directly within the Azure environment. Except AI Generated Categories.
Notification for Idle Users:
Idle users are now notified to admin users. This feature enables admins to identify and deactivate inactive accounts, enhancing overall security by reducing the number of dormant accounts that could potentially be exploited.
Adding 24 Months of Retention Period and Removing 3 Month:
The data retention policy has been updated. Users can now set data retention periods to 24 months, while the previous 3-month retention option has been removed. This allows for longer-term data storage and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Enabling Interval Category Item Considering Both Channels:
The word count for interval category items is now enabled to consider both channels if the related settings are configured.
Presenting Old Automatic Evaluation Results:
If a conversation has no active automatic assignment, its previous evaluation score is retained and presented. This allows for continuity in performance assessments and historical data analysis.
Status of the Categories in API Responses:
The state of the categories (Active or Passive) is now included in the Get Calls API response. This provides users with clearer insights into the current status of various categories, improving API data transparency and usability.
Action Logs for Adding and Removing Tags from Conversations:
Actions related to adding and removing tags are now logged in the conversation history. This enhances traceability and accountability, allowing users to track changes made to conversation tags over time.
RTG Agent Application:
Agents and supervisors can utilize the agent application and supervisor dashboard to exchange messages. Additionally, agents can generate responses to customer inquiries using pre-existing documents through Generative AI.
RTG Summarization:
Supervisors can generate summaries of active conversations through Generative AI on supervisor dashboard.
Improvements
Permission to Access Screen Recorder and Call Recorder Management Pages:
Only specific users are allowed to manage recorder devices and screen recorder profiles. A permission has been added to control access to these pages, ensuring that only authorized personnel can make changes to recorder settings.
Change in the Visibility Status of the Attached Data Added by POST Calls:
Attached data is now visible after being created via POST calls through the API. This improvement ensures that newly added data is immediately accessible and visible to users, enhancing workflow efficiency.
Previous and Next Buttons for Navigation in Ask GenAI Projects:
Previous and Next buttons have been added to the Ask GenAI projects. These buttons enable users to navigate more easily through the wizard steps, improving the overall user experience during project setup and management.
