## Enhancements

**Getting SR License Credentials per Tenant**
Each tenant now receives its own set of Speech Recognition license credentials. This provides tracking on portal.

**Optimizing DB Migration Duration During Deployment**
Initial improvements have been made to reduce the runtime of database migrations during deployments. This enhancement shortens downtime and accelerates delivery processes.

**Anonymizing User Identity in the UI**
User identity information is now anonymized in the UI for privacy and compliance purposes. This helps protect sensitive data and supports regulatory requirements.

**Authorization of Access to Voice Recordings**
Access to voice recordings is now protected by enhanced authorization checks. This ensures only permitted users can access sensitive audio data.

**New Non-FCR Distribution Display**
A redesigned view for non-First Contact Resolution (Non-FCR) and category distribution is now available. This provides more clarity and insight into unresolved interaction trends.

**Verification After Email Change**
A verification process has been added after email changes. This secures user accounts and prevents unauthorized modifications.

**Adding "Number" Entity to Named Entity Recognition**
A new “Number” entity has been added to the Named Entity Recognition (NER) system. This enhances the system's ability to extract and classify numerical data in conversations.

**Adding latestEvaluationId to Evaluation Master Entity**
The latestEvaluationId field has been added to the evaluation master entity. This simplifies retrieving the most recent evaluation linked to an agent or conversation.

**Increasing Batch Tagging Document Size**
The document size limit for batch tagging has been increased to 10 MB. This allows larger datasets to be processed in a single operation, improving efficiency.
