## Enhancements

**Batch Role & Department Update**  
Administrators can update roles and departments in bulk, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency in user management.

**Category Group Move & Inline Rename**  
Users can now move entire category groups and rename them inline. This improves usability and speeds up category management workflows.

**Duplicate Function for Category Items**  
All category items now support a "Duplicate" function. This simplifies creating similar rules and reduces configuration time.

**Multiple Selection for Attached Data Items**  
Category configuration now supports selecting multiple attached data items simultaneously, allowing more flexible rule creation.

**Min/Max Duration Interval Filter**  
A new filter enables defining both minimum and maximum duration intervals. This allows for more precise analysis of conversations based on length.

**Estimated CSAT in Excel Exports**  
Exported conversation lists in Excel now include an estimated CSAT score, providing customer satisfaction insights directly in reports.

**Categories & Sentiment Access for Unauthorized Users**  
Even unauthorized users can now view categories and sentiment features in conversations, ensuring transparency while maintaining system security.

**Copy Item in Conversations Page**  
Users can now copy conversation items directly from the Conversations page, simplifying information sharing and note-taking.

**Virtual Agent Integration Enhancements**  
A new capability allows POSTing agents and departments specifically for virtual agent integrations. A "Virtual Agent" role should be added to the OpenID application to use this functionality.
