Breaking Change

**GET Calls Date Limitation** Due to performance considerations, the GET Calls API now enforces date-based query limits. Requests can include a maximum date range of **30 days**. This change ensures more stable and efficient data retrieval.

## Enhancements

**Tenant-Based Rate Limiting for Indexer** A tenant-level rate limiting algorithm has been implemented for the Indexer service. This prevents heavy workloads from one tenant from affecting the performance of others.

**Comment Notification System** Users can now receive notifications when they are mentioned or involved in conversation comments, improving collaboration and response time.

**Exponential Backoff for Generative AI Features** Generative AI processes now use an exponential backoff strategy during retries, increasing stability and reducing load during transient failures.

**Trend Analysis Improvements** The Trends module has been enhanced with new features for previous trend searches. These improvements allow users to revisit, analyze, and compare historical trend queries more efficiently.

**Automated PR Process for DevOps Items** An automated pull request process has been introduced for DevOps-related items, streamlining development workflows and reducing manual intervention.

**LDAP User Parameter in GET Users API** Distinction between LDAP user or integration user has been clarified on GET Users Response.

**Genesys Custom Data Transfer Integration** Custom data fields from Genesys can now be transferred directly to Knovvu CA, enabling richer analysis and integration scenarios.

**Vodafone GIR Decrypt Endpoint Update** The decrypt endpoint used in Vodafone GIR integration has been updated to enhance compatibility and security.

**Ask GenAI Progress Indicator** Users can now view real-time progress indicators for Ask GenAI operations, improving transparency during long-running processes.

**Ask GenAI Limit as Float Value** Ask GenAI usage limits can now be defined as floating-point values, allowing more precise quota configurations.

**Minor UI Enhancements** Several minor improvements have been implemented to enhance the user interface. These enhancements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly, contributing to a better overall user experience.

**Minor Bug Fixes** Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance. These fixes result in a smoother and more reliable user experience.
