# Version 5.14

## Version 5.15
### August 29, 2025

## Enhancements
**Performance Insights**
Introducing the Performance Insights feature, which provides a comprehensive summary at the end of each interaction. It highlights what the agent did well, areas for improvement, and any necessary post-call actions. This conversation overview enables agents to identify opportunities for enhancement, fostering improved performance in future interactions.

**Customer/Agent Language Selection from Copilot in VT**
Agents can now select the necessary customer and agent languages directly from the Copilot interface. While the language can be detected automatically, agents now have the option to manually select them if they understand the spoken language. This reduces potential detection errors and enhances communication accuracy.

**Scenario Categorization**
Scenarios can now be assigned categories such as positive, negative, or specific topics, each with an optional accompanying emoji. This visual enhancement appears in Copilot notifications, improving the user interface and allowing agents to quickly recognize the nature of a scenario.
