## Enhancements
**Agent Compliance to Notifications**
A new area called Compliance to Notifications has been added to Performance Insights, evaluating if the agents actually did what they have been told as guidance notifications during the conversations. This insight enhances understanding of product utilization and effectiveness.

**Streamlined Language Selection Area**
The language selection area has been redesigned for a more compact and cohesive interface. Agent and Customer labels have been replaced with intuitive icons. Hovering over these icons will display tooltips labeled "Agent" and "Customer," enhancing the user experience.

**Dynamic Language Selection**
Copilot now updates language options dynamically from Data Flow at the start of each call. Only languages provided by Data Flow are shown in the agent and customer selection comboboxes, preventing incorrect choices.

**Sending Performance Insights via Email**
Agents can now email Performance Insights reports to themselves for post-call reflection. This feature allows agents to review the report thoroughly at their convenience, as in Copilot, the report disappears after 3 minutes.

**Flexible Agent Checklist Ordering**
Agent checklists now support both ordered and unordered task completion, allowing flexibility based on scenario requirements.

## Improvements
**Revising Language Selection Mode**
The "Language Selection Mode" in settings is now renamed to "Translation Bar." This ensures that both the language selection area and the "Start Translation" button are hidden when VT is disabled and Copilot is being used for RTG only. This ensures users only see applicable features, enhancing the user experience.

**Revised Neutral Emoji in Sentiment Meter**
The neutral emoji in the sentiment meter has been updated to a new design, eliminating any negative impressions. This change enhances the accuracy of sentiment representation to improve user experience.

**Minor UI Enhancements**
Several minor improvements have been implemented to enhance the user interface. These enhancements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly, contributing to a better overall user experience.

**Minor Bug Fixes**
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance. These fixes result in a smoother and more reliable user experience.
