Nice CXOne Configurations - LC

Go to Nice CXOne interface and open studio. Go to the script designed for LC.

In the flow, select "Textbot Exchange" widget.

On the menu that appears at the right-hand side of the screen, click on "open editor". The following window opens:

The "webhook url" field needs to be updated in the following format:
