Generate Utterances
We benefit from OpenAI to generate multiple utterances, and this decreases our effort while creating a Virtual Assistant. You may simply click the "Generate with OpenAI" button on the utterances page and add a sample sentence. Our Open AI integration will generate up to 20 related sentences, you can decide how many sentences you would like to be created. An example of utterance creation with OpenAI is exhibited in the pictures below.
Conversation Summarization
Open AI helps us to generate a summary of the conversations between our Virtual Agents and the customers. In this way, you do not have to read all the conversation to get an understanding of the exchanges between them, you may just read the summary and it will help you to have an insight on the dialog.
In our conversation details page, simply click on Generate Summary and your summary will be ready. With this feature, you can efficiently gain understanding of the dialogs, assess the quality of customer interactions, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Transferring Summary to the Live Agent
Occasionally the chats are handovered to the Live Agents for more detailed and accurate information when faced with complicated questions. Here, Open AI helps us again by leveraging the service mentioned above: summary. When this handover occurs, Live Agents have to read all the conversation between the Virtual Agent and the customer.
Thanks to the summary service, we transfer the summary to the Live Agents so that they could have a basic understanding of the conversation before. Therefore, transferring a summary to the Live Agent offers multiple benefits: including a seamless transition for customers, better contextual understanding, and increased efficiency.
Creating Project
Utilizing AI assistance to create projects from scratch not only saves time but also enhances operational efficiency. Upon accessing the screen displaying project cards, clicking on the designated icon initiates a pop-up interface. Within this interface, users are prompted to input the project's name. Leveraging the provided project description, the AI algorithm analyzes the content and context to identify required intents and utterances. Users can then specify the desired number of intents and utterances, and the AI generates them accordingly. Moreover, the AI autonomously determines the target language for generating intents and utterances based on the selected primary language. This seamless process ensures the precise customization of virtual assistants to meet the unique needs and specifications of each project.
Alternative Response Text
Within the response node settings, users have the capability to input alternative text alongside primary responses. The AI leverages these alternative texts to produce diverse responses tailored to the provided context. Furthermore, clicking on the button positioned to the right of the "+" icon triggers the automatic generation of text inspired by preceding sentences. This functionality significantly simplifies the process of offering alternative text options, guaranteeing a smooth workflow for users. Additionally, users retain the flexibility to adjust or delete alternative text options as required. By experimenting with different alternative texts, users can observe variations in the responses generated by the AI.
FAQ Utterance Multiplication
In our FAQ upload feature, AI assistance is specifically employed to expand utterances. Within the uploaded FAQ files, users can seamlessly replicate utterances based on example sentences, thereby boosting productivity without the need for manual input. As users upload documents containing intents, utterances, and responses while adding FAQ content, the AI service diligently analyzes example sentences within these files. Subsequently, it generates additional utterances inspired by these sentences. This automated process empowers users to enjoy enhanced productivity, as new utterances are effortlessly generated without the necessity for manual intervention.
Gen QnA Feature
The "Gen QnA" feature introduces a seamless way for users to enhance customer interactions within our project interface. Users can upload files containing questions, and leveraging AI technology, the system automatically indexes these questions for efficient categorization and analysis. Once questions are indexed, the AI generates responses that emulate human-like communication, tailored to match the tone and style of natural conversation. This process ensures that responses provided to customers are not only accurate and relevant but also engaging and personalized.
Additionally, the system can produce customized responses based on the given prompt, further enhancing the user's ability to provide personalized and contextually relevant answers to customer inquiries. By streamlining question indexing and response generation, the Gen QnA feature significantly improves the quality of customer interactions, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
