# AI Agent

It is further explained the configuration steps to use Generative Q&A feature through Sestek AI Agent. When Agent Assist is sold as premium package and with AI Agent itegration, this method can be used.

## Configuration Steps

Prerequisites

You must have a AI Agent client to use AI Agent APIs. This client will be created by Salesop/Support teams. The client must have **orchestrator_external** scope.

### CA Configurations

1. Go to related CA tenant, **Administration > Settings > Agent Assist**. In AI Agent Integration tab, the settings below should be filled:
  1. **API address**: AI Agent API endpoint to be used, e.g. https://eu.va.knovvu.com/magpie/ext-api/messages/synchronized
  2. **Identity base URL**: should be the identity URL of related AI Agent environment, e.g. https://identity.eu.va.knovvu.com
  3. **Client ID**: Client ID of VA in the format of **VA.{tenantName}.Guid**
  4. **Client secret**: Secret value of AI Agent client.

2. Go to related CA tenant, **Administration > Settings > Agent Assist**. In Generative Q&A tab, the settings below should be filled:
  1. **Service**: must be AI Agent
  2. **Project**: must be the AI Agent project name.

### AI Agent Configurations

1. Go to related AI Agent tenant and create a project according to your needs. **The project must contain Generative Q&A node**.
