# Credit Usage Calculation

In our Speech Recognition service, the credit usage is straightforward:

| Audio Duration | Credit Consumption |
| --- | --- |
| 1 second | 1 credit |

**1 credit equals 1 second of audio processed.**

Ensure you account for the duration of your audio files to estimate credit consumption accurately.
