Knovvu Virtual Agent offers many integration opportunities.
To use the integrations you need to connect the integration with the Project. The purpose of integrations is to enable the usage of the integrated channel or service in our project.
Integrations are divided into two categories:
- Avatar
- Slack
- SMS
- Teams
- Telegram
- WebChat
- IVR
Service Integrations
Service Integration: Service integration represents the five services a project can benefit from; Speech Recognition, Text-to-Speech, Voice Biometrics, Live Chat, and Sentiment. According to the chosen type, necessary fields appear on the screen. Also, there are premade speech recognition and text-to-speech configurations in all supported languages. If one has the necessary license to use prebuilts, they can be connected to project without any extra effort.
A channel can be integrated only with one project, whereas a project can run on multiple channels. On the other hand, there is no restriction for service integrations.
For instance, a WhatsApp account with a certain number can be integrated only with a project but the same project can be linked to WhatsApp and Facebook at the same time.
However, a speech recognition service with a certain end point can be utilized in multiple projects.
