Webhooks

• The webhook created should be added to the relevant channel from “WhatsApp” page under “Channels” tab. “Edit” icon for the related application should be clicked, and “Webhooks” tab should be selected.

• The webhook will be given by Sestek and should be added here and only “Received Messages” should be selected from the action triggers and saved.

IP Whitelisting

Since Unifonic API integration requires IP whitelisting to ensure secure connection, it is necessary to register static public IP address(es) of the webhook(s). In order to do this, IP address(es) should be added from "Security", as shown below.

App ID, Public ID & Secret ID

• To complete the integration of the WhatsApp number with VA project, app ID, public ID and secret are needed. These can be obtained from “Applications” page under “Developers” tab. From this page, WhatsApp tab should be selected, and the related App ID can be seen here.

• To get public ID and secret, “Settings” icon should be clicked for the relevant application and in the opened page “Request Keys” should be clicked.
