1. ENHANCEMENTS

1.1. Knovvu VA

• New conversation reporting page is live! Conversation history can be seen now on the UI and information such as date, conversation ID, channel, duration and last intent can be seen in any tenant. Filtering the conversation list is also possible.
• Conversation detail of a specific session can also be seen in the Knovvu VA Conversations page. Chatbot and customer conversations are represented as balloons in the page and more specific details like channels used, date, duration etc. can be tracked in here.

2. IMPROVEMENTS

2.1. Knovvu VA

• Different response types rather than text is kept at the DB so that they can be seen in reportings.
• Notification module is activated in order to list and notify the jobs that come out of the queues.
• Home page is changed from Virtual Agents page to Projects page.
• The order of the pages on navigation menu has changed.
• Cream colored background is removed from Identity Select Tenant page.
• Connectivity matrix is updated.

2.2. Knovvu ML

• Image pulling and initializing is improved for the training pods.

2.3. Knovvu LC

• When a new chat is started or a new message is come, it is seen as "(#) - Live Chat" in the browser tab and also a sound alert is heard.

3. KNOWN ISSUES – FIXES

3.1. Knovvu VA

• Virtual agents were not listed in Intent Recognition node on the Virtual agent's actions tab.
• On the roles page, "test email" function were not working when signed in as host.
• "Select all" button were not working after searching the intents at the Virtual Agents page.
• When a space was entered in any node name, it could not be changed again.
• Default confidence threshold value of VB node could be changed except 0.01 and 0.99, it is fixed now a warning is given to the user if any other value in entered.
• In Sentiment Trends chart, the order of the values (positive, negative, neutral) were wrong.
• When intents contained large amount entities and one of them wanted to delete, it took a long time.
• Dynamic context seemed null when it is used in a project first and then switched to the Testchat of the VA.
• When "undefined" was assigned to a dynamic variable at the beginning, even if a different value is assigned afterwards, it returned to its original value in Code Node and became undefined. It is fixed now.
