1. ENHANCEMENTS

1.1. Knovvu VA

•Now, we will be able to capture entities not only in VA Action flows but also anywhere within the project! 'Global Entity' has been added to the project for this purpose.
•In voice scenarios, we have a flow in production where we can manage meaningless/empty sounds! With the FallbackSR subflow, we can provide different prompts and handle voice scenarios more flexibly.

2. IMPROVEMENTS

2.1. Knovvu VA

•The customer's sentiment has been added to the conversation details page.
•The size of the icons indicating roles on the conversations page has been adjusted to fit the page appropriately.
•The ellipsis icon we used to see on the Integrations page has been removed, and it has been replaced with a delete icon
•It has been decided that the regex input test field will have a green border around it if the entered value is in the correct format.
•The ability to export a tenant's database and import it into a different environment has been introduced.

3. KNOWN ISSUES – FIXES

3.1. Knovvu VA

The listed issues below have been fixed.

• Logging out from one tenant and logging in as a host, the notifications that came to the tenant were still visible.
• It was observed that some projects connected to VA were not working.
• The output name of the "VB" node was written as a compound word.
• When attempting to filter two virtual agents in the dashboard area, an error was encountered.
• The utterances in the fallback intent were displayed incorrectly in Urdu.
• When attempting to capture a global entity with the Ask Missing Slot node in the project flow, the flow was not continuing.
