Breaking Changes!
Redis cache must be cleared after deployment both for VA and ML.
Some old projects may face with error during "publishing". To overcome this problem please do the followings:
- Open the project main flow
- Change the location of a node

1. ENHANCEMENTS
1.1. Knovvu VA
• A Virtual Agent integrated with OpenAI is now operational! This has led to the deployment of summarization services in two distinct contexts. The first involves showcasing a summary of conversations between the agent, the live agent, and the customer in the reporting domain. The second involves conveying the summary of the conversation to the live chat screen as the customer's conversation is being relayed.
• Our reporting area continues to evolve! It is now possible to view customer information such as name, phone number, Twitter handle, and email address on the conversation details page.
2. IMPROVEMENTS
2.1. Knovvu VA
• Improvements have been made regarding the lifecycle management of queues.
• A change was implemented in the time format provided while exporting conversation reports. The GMT time zone that was previously displayed is now shown in alignment with the browser's local time.
• The ability to export the page displaying our conversation list has been added.
3. KNOWN ISSUES – FIXES
3.1. Knovvu VA
The listed issues below have been fixed.
• When a large number of subflow tabs were opened, the ellipsis (...) that should appear in the view was getting hidden.
• There were some displacements in certain areas when the screen was resized.
• There were certain issues occurring when printing SR logs.
