•Now, it's also possible to listen to the conversations audibly! In cases where customers have sent voice messages, a listening feature has been added alongside the transcript, allowing you to press play and listen.

2.1. Knovvu VA
• The collaboration between the Virtual Agent product and ML (machine learning) and LC (live chat) environments aimed to align the deployment timelines.
• The expressions of customer sentiment on the conversation page were changed from 'extremely positive/negative' to 'very positive/negative'.
•The button name in the area where we enter regex entities has been changed from 'Regex' to 'Test'.
•Prebuilt intent sets have been added in the domain of Telecom and Tourism.

3. KNOWN ISSUES – FIXES
3.1. Knovvu VA
The listed issues below have been fixed.
• While certain response types are not supported on a channel-specific basis, yet there wasn't any alert on Whastapp channel.
• After the conversation summary is generated, even if this feature is turned off, the generated summary should continue to be displayed. This was not happening.
3.2. Knovvu LC
• Even when the Summary feature was not integrated, the 'Last Session Summary' title was still visible alongside the chat conversation in the live chat.
