1. ENHANCEMENTS

1.1. Knovvu VA

• Within the new Conversations page, message details like matched intents, entities and ambiguity can be tracked easily. So that performance of the agent can be observed and necessary changes can be applied.
• Text-language detection service is integrated with the VA product! The benefit of this feature is; in multilingual projects, language changes are detected instantly and the flow can be designed accordingly.
• To use the text-language detection service within the flow, a new static context called "LastUserLanguage" is created.

2. IMPROVEMENTS

2.1. Knovvu VA

• It is now possible to filter the conversations in "Conversations Page" with the Customer information, so that even though information like Session/Conversation ID is unknown, it can be filtered with Phone/Name/E-mail.
• Order of the new responses in Say/Ask/Ask Missing Slot Nodes are changed for a better user experience.
• New buttons are added to the Conversations page so it is now possible to navigate to go back/forth of the conversations eaily.
• Delete icon is removed from fallback intents page since fallback intents cannot be deleted.
• Top Intents graph in the Dashboard can be exported as a csv file. The benefit of it is, the exported file gives a more detailed data compared to the graph.
• Rating of the conversation can be received by an external endpoint by the ConversationID/SessionID.
• Text Correction feature can be switched to on/off in the project settings, so that domain specific words (for exp: health sector) are not affected by the wrong corrections.

2.2. Knovvu ML

• In order to ensure resource efficiency, unused ML pods are killed when sentiment integration is deleted,

3. KNOWN ISSUES – FIXES

3.1. Knovvu VA

The listed issues below have been fixed.

• Conversation summary dissappeares after closing the "conversation summary" feature in the host settings.
• The modified date updates itself when going back without any changes.
• No header appears when global entity is added at the project settings page.
• VA/ML - İt is unable to search tenant on host screen, it gives an error.
• When LiveChat AI feature is made inactive later on, the summary title is still visible.
• Spell correction toggle does not work on the TestChat.
• Webchat plugin is not working in AWS Ohio, chat icon is invisible.
• Virtual agent cannot be trained in AWS Ohio.
• No warning message was given due to restrictions of the WhatsApp channel (Exp: Caraousel).
• After the files are imported, the positions of the added values are changing at the entities page.
• WhatsApp Channel was not working at the Latest environment.

3.2. Knovvu ML

• Sentence embedding pod was giving a 503 error, it is fixed.
• Unused Inference Pods are slept in mlp modules. The latest-request endpoint should be added to the text-clustering module, if it is added, the feature will work automatically.
