Important Deployment Note
After ML deployment the following AI modules must be updated via Jenkins jobs:
- Sentence-emb v10
- Text-norm v10
- Text-classification MLP v13
- Text Sentiment v5
- Text Clustering v16
- Text-lang v3
Also if an external service will pull files from MinIO service the following settings must be adjusted by using the Host/Administration/Settings/BothubSettings
- Data Service ClientID, ClientSecret and URL is added with this version
1. IMPROVEMENTS
1.1. Knovvu VA
- In the dashboard and conversation areas, pressing the filter button for the second time will not be allowed until the filtering process is completed.
- The pentest findings have been resolved.
- On the Project, Virtual Agent, and Integration pages; it has been ensured that when a project, VA, or integration is deleted, it remains on the same page.
- The microphone icon has been removed from the VA test chat area.
- Design changes have been made to the Conversation Details page.
- When typing as a live agent, it has been ensured that the message appears in the chat.
- It has been made possible for a created system entity to be used in different intents within the same VA.
- Internal and external endpoints have been organized. You can access the details from the 'Minio API Format' page.
2. FIXES
2.1. Knovvu VA
The listed issues below have been fixed.
- When a tenant is created as a host, new tenants were not visible.
- When creating a list-type entity, another list entity is selected without saving the entity values first, the values of the initial list entity continued to appear in the list.
- On the Conversation page, the placeholder in the customer info filtering field has been changed from 'customer information' to 'phone'.
- There was a slowdown in the filtering process when selecting the date filter on the Conversation page.
- In cases where there are multiple pages on the Conversations page, it was observed that attempting to apply date filtering on pages other than the first page did not yield accurate results.
