ENHANCEMENTS
In our IVR channel, now prerecorded audios can be added freely as a prompt! While designing a scenario for an IVR project, our costumers can choose the response type as "Audio" and add audio file if they want to use their recorded announces as response. This way customers have an alternernative to TTS, and IVR projects can be more customized.
End users can send files to the Live Chat! Supported file types are image, video, document, audio; by this feature, users and live agents can communicate more clearly and needed actions can be taken faster.
- Supported File formats:
- Audio (aac; mp4; m4a; amr; mpeg; ogg; oga; wav; mp3)
- Document (pdf; docx; doc; xls; xlsx; ppt; pptx; odt; ods; odp; txt)
- Image (jpg; jif; png)

IMPROVEMENTS
- Sentiment intervals are adjusted; therefore, sentiment analysis scores will be conveyed more accurately.
- Role permissions are improved.
FIXES
The listed issues below have been fixed.
- In the Service integrations / Channel integrations / Virtual agents / Projects page, sorting according to modified date was not working accurately.
- When an a request is sent with invalid token, return code was "500 internal error" instead of "401 unauthorized".
- While receiving files from end user, 10 maximum file limit was not working.
- If asked attachment type from the user is sent in addition to unrequested attachement type, the flow was existing from the false output.
