ENHANCEMENTS

Knovvu VA

• With our new developed feature, scenario designers can create multiple FAQ intents and answers bu uploading a single csv file. The template file format can be downloaded first and after the file is ready to be imported to the system, intents and relevant answers are filled in the say nodes, thus providing a designers to make the flow designs much faster.
• Node display names are changed to a new design where the information in the nodes can be directly seen on the nodes flow. This helps to the users that there is no need to double-click on the nodes and see what value is written in them. Just looking at the flow, tracking is more easily now.
• Two new project languages have been added. Now, you can create, interpret, and provide the best service in German and Italian as well.

IMPROVEMENTS

Knovvu VA

• Deletion of start node from the flow is prevented and the node does not longer seen in the node palette.
• When Conversation Details page is exported, file types received from customers are seen in "Response Type" column.
• Supported file extensions in the Ask Attachment node are showed in hover in the comboobox, thus providing a lean design.
• QuickReply from IVR Channel is removed in these nodes: Say, Ask, AskMS, Confirmation.
• We have a new node called "Connector" and it basically takes several inputs from several nodes, and gives as a single outputs. It is aimed to use especially in complex flows, to make the flow connections simplier. It can be used in any part of the flow.
• Version of Voice Biometrics node is upgraded to v0.5.
• Orchestrator messages API responses have been documented to be published soon on the documentation page.

Knovvu LC

• Extra developments for Alotech-LC integration is made:
  • When going to startadress with the PUT method with ConvID, it is made to pass the "token" information as an additional parameter.

FIXES

Knovvu VA

• Tenant switch button was not working and it is fixed.
• When LiveAgent sends a message, the uploaded file was not being sent.
• There was a UI error when an audio file is uploaded to say node.
• There was a text difference in different languages in a warning pop-up, it is fixed.
• In Arabic projects, there was a problem with WoW in confirmation phrases. Whenever WoW was written, a space were added automatically.
• "Saved" text were staying behind the button before the Project/VA relastionship is changed and the bug is not reproduced any more.
• The file extension .gif were misspelled.
• "Confidence Threshold" parameter in VB node were empty.
