IMPROVEMENTS

• The number of synonyms that can be added to list-type entities has been increased to 15.
• When performing bulk testing, if there are multiple matches between intents and a utterance, the test results will now display which intents matched with what scores for that utterance.
• By using the 'Settings' button added within the flow page, you can directly navigate to the project settings from within the flow.
• The static variable named VBConfidence has been added. This variable displays the confidence value returned by authentication when VB Node is used. The initial value of the variable is undefined at the beginning of the flow, and it is set to 0 in each round of the flow.
• Exact match algorithm has been improved as follows: Incoming utterances now undergo exact match checking before undergoing text correction. If there is no exact match, the utterance goes through text correction, and then another exact match check is performed with corrected utterance. If the original utterance matches exactly, the corrected version that undergoes text correction is not checked.
• By using the GET method to retrieve files from MinIO, the content type of the file we sent to the other party will be given in the header when a request is sent to us. For example: for TTS files, it is updated as "audio/type" from the previous one "application/file".
• Multi-factor authentication feature has been activated.
• Upgraded fontawesome to version 6

FIXES

• When using the Arabic interface, upon entering into the node to add a new channel, the necessary fields that should appear on the page were not showing up.
• When entering the conversation details page, the 'customer information' section in the left panel was not displaying when the 'customer sentiment' value was received. However, since 'customer sentiment' is a value under the 'customer information' section, it should be visible.
• During the FAQ import process on the VA page, although the maximum number of utterances that can be generated with Generative AI is limited to 10, it was possible to enter 14 as a value.
• When 'wait' is selected as the response type in Say and Ask Nodes, the entered value was not appearing as the display name in the node.
• File' response type was also being added when the IVR channel was selected.
• In some cases, the flow created in the subflow was also reflecting in the main flow.
