ENHANCEMENTS

• With our new feature, intents can now be organized into groups! Customers can create new Intent Groups and assign intents to them, aiming to simplify project organization, especially for those with a large number of intents. For existing projects, all intents will be initially assigned to the default group. After creating new groups, you can move intents from the default group to the ones you've formed. This feature includes:
  • Creating new groups
  • Moving intents from one group to another
  • Directly assigning an intent to a group from intent details page
  • Deleting a whole group
• Text-Sentiment service is now available for Dutch, French, Russian, Urdu, Italian.

IMPROVEMENTS

• Prebuilt Entity parameters are now available in the interface. The length of the Serial Number entity and the country of the Phone Number entity can be chosen as parameters.
• Projects, dashboard, and flow page's UI designs are improved.
• There was a pop-up when saving a project warning if selected languages should be saved, it is removed for a better experience.
• If a project reaches to name character limit while importing (since "copy" is added at the end), there will be a warning pop-up saying "The project name exceeds the character limit, please rename it."
• The service that performs migration tasks within VA Magpie has been separated from the orchestrator and turned into a different microservice.
• The maximum size of a single file that can be received from the users must be 10MB.
  However, if more than one file is to be received, the total size of all of them should not exceed 50MB.
• The last user text data will be kept after receiving an activity without "text"​. Meaning, if a user's last input is a file etc., LastUserInput variable will be kept as the last text input of the end user.
• Fontawesome usage is upgraded to v6.5.1.

FIXES

• Some tooltips components were not visible in the Arabic interface due to direction; they have been fixed.
• After connecting node lines to the connector node, the node lines were disappearing.
• The default provider in Add-On AI Features was shown incorrectly; it has been corrected.
• End Nodes (End, Exit, Return to Start) could connect to each other, which should not occur; it has been fixed.
• There were some bugs related to colors or fonts after the Conversations Page new design; they have been fixed.
• The value of "Roles" was displayed incorrectly on the "Users" page.
• In old projects or imported projects, there was no warning when nodes violated flow rules. Now, a warning can be seen in the corner of the node.
• After transitioning to Font Awesome v6, there were some issues with certain icons; they have been fixed.
