ENHANCEMENTS

• Customer data can now be deleted after a specific period. This allows older data, currently 1 year or 2 years old, to be optionally deleted for more efficient storage utilization.

IMPROVEMENTS

Knovvu VA

• When making multiselect choices in dropdown boxes, the necessity to individually select and reopen the box each time has been eliminated.
• The sizes of the icons in flow have been readjusted, and clicking on a node now highlights the entire node
• A variable named SRConfidence, representing the confidence value of SR (Speech Recognition), has been defined in the flow. When the response is returned by VA (Voice Assistant) to SR, the confidence value from the response is written here. Additionally, when the input to SR comes from an external source, this value is also populated. This value remains unchanged and preserved when received as either speech or text input.
• In files received from the user, anonymous submissions are assigned a date and time name based on the UTC time.

Knovvu LC

• When LC used through Alotech provider from VA, the feature to select the credential type has been added.

FIXES

• When nodes were dragged and dropped onto the line, previously the line didn't remain curved; it would straighten.
• The speed of loading the intent page for VAs with high number of intent has been improved.
• "Previously, when attempting to import a project with the same name but different capitalization, a warning was issued. Now, it is allowed to be imported as < name >_Copy.
• It was possible to create an entity with the same name as an entity defined in the global entity within the intent.
• There was a display error occurring within the 'wait' node.
• The card structure on the project page was not displaying correctly.
• The date filter on the dashboard page has been fixed.
• Some UI colors have been fixed.
• The 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons on the conversation details page disappear during a language change.
• The role display has been corrected.
• The file upload limit on web chat has been fixed.
