IMPROVEMENTS

• When the project name is lengthy on project cards, it is displayed with "..." and, upon hovering, the entire name is revealed with a tooltip.
• The breadcrumb structure has been revised.
• Adjustments have been made to the sizes of the headings and the alignment of buttons.
• New filters have been added to the conversation page.
  • The filters have been added in the form of a dropdown box, allowing you to filter conversation sentiment.
  • Additionally, a field has been introduced within the session where you can filter the latest rating.
• Informative code has been added to the Code section in the webchat integration, along with redirection to the relevant page for clarification purposes.

FIXES

• There was an issue observed with the invocation of global entities within the flow (both in the main and intent) after their creation. Specifically, the entities were not appearing in the list within the dialogue nodes.
• In the breadcrumb structure, there were instances where the project name was not consistently visible.
• In Dutch, Urdu and Italian languages sentiment service on Swagger shows the expected score but VA TestChat sentiment score did not shows it as expected.
• Correction has been made in the warning message for confidence values in the Arabic interface.
• In the default loaded flow, unexpected additional node outputs were observed in the ask node.
