ENHANCEMENTS

VA

• Generative Q&A feature is now available! This feature enables our customers to use their documents as a knowledge base for their virtual assisstants. The system generates responses dynamically based on the context of the question and relevant information it has been trained on. This approach allows for more flexible and nuanced interactions, enabling the virtual assistant to provide personalized and relevant answers to a wide range of user inquiries.The enhancement includes changes in:

1. Tenant Settings: To enable the feature, it is necessary to login as a host and activate "Generative Q&A" from the Add-on-AI settings.
2. Project Settings: If the feature is enabled for the tenant, a new tab "Generative Q&A" is added in the project settings. From here, the documents could be uploaded and trained.
3. Node: This feature is designed as a node in the scenario flows to allow flexibility to our clients, it could be used in all flow types.

• In the monitoring page, each agent's state can be seen in the "States of agents" graph. When hovering over the states, the names of the agents in those states will appear.
• "Similarly, the names of agents will appear according to the queue they are in on the "Active conversations per queue" graph."

IMPROVEMENTS

• New alternative prompt options can be added with the help of AI. In the Say, AskMS, Ask, Confirmation, AskAttachment nodes under the text area, a magic button is added which creates similar alternative sentences to the one(s) written.
• The conversation page now includes additional columns: Rating, Customer Sentiment, Phone, Name, Email, and Twitter.
• APM is activated for logging.
• Cross Site Scripting vulnerabilities are resolved.
• Arabic UI localization is improved.
• SRFallback cases is added to be shown in the conversation details page right column.
• Wording changes in the error pop-ups has been implemented.
• Delete icons are placed correctly in the Arabic interface.
• When generating utterances with AI, special characters such as "-, ., ?, * " will be filtered at the beginning of the created utterances.
• Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
