Exporting/Importing Files While Exporting/Importing the Project:
The transfer of files within the project during export-import has been facilitated. Files sent to end-users within the scenario are exported along with the project when exported and can be imported along with the project when imported again. Additionally, files uploaded for training Gen QA have also been included in this development scope for export-import.
Adding SMS Channel:
New channel has been added! SMS has been added as a new channel to our product.
Prompt Suggestion with AI:
The feature of adding alternative text within speech nodes, is now enhanced with the ability to generate alternative text with a single click using AI.

Tooltip Sorting:
In the monitoring page, the tooltip sorting of the "Active Conversations Per Queue" graph has been arranged in descending order.

Sorting Feature in Conversations Page:
A sorting feature has been added to the Conversations page to allow sorting of column values. The columns "Duration," "Rating," "Customer Sentiment," and "Name" can now be sorted.
Removed "Timezone":
The "timezone" field entered when creating a project has been removed.
Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
