Enhancements

  • Real-Time Translation Feature:
    We are excited to announce the release of the Real-Time Translation feature in our virtual agent product. This new functionality allows seamless support for languages beyond our integrated NLU languages by leveraging third-party translation services. You can now enable "Real-Time Translation" from the Project Settings, provided translation and text-language detection services are integrated. This feature ensures that user utterances are translated to the primary language and responses are translated back to the user's language, enhancing communication and support for a diverse customer base. Please note, this feature is not compatible with Text-to-Speech integration and requires specific service configurations to be active.

  • Adding Mobile Channel in Conversation & Dashboard Pages:
    This new feature allows you to distinguish messages originating from webchat and mobile channels. Mobile-originated conversations will now be displayed as "WebChat Mobile" under the Channel column on the Conversation page. Additionally, a new "WebChat Mobile" filter has been added to both the Dashboard and Conversation pages, enabling you to track different interactions more effectively. Please note that this update applies to new data only, and historical data will not be affected. For this feature to work, the mobile side must send the channelId as webchatmobile-sestek.

  • Displaying Last 4 Session History on WebChat
    A new feature has been introduced that allows users to view their last four sessions, including any ongoing sessions, in WebChat and mobile channels. This enhancement ensures you can recall previous interactions and maintain context for new conversations.

Improvements

  • Remove Timeouts from Default Flows:
    We have streamlined the default project design by removing timeouts from flows, making it easier to understand and manage. These changes apply only to new projects and tenants; existing projects will remain unaffected.

  • Showing EndUser Info Coming from WebChat at Conversations Page:
    With this improvement customer information from webchat and mobile channels are displayed on the Conversations page now.

  • Adjust Add-On AI Features Settings
    We have enhanced the Add-On AI Features settings by incorporating additional parameters for OpenAI and Azure OpenAI integrations. The updates include new fields "Embedding Deployment Name" and "Embedding Model Name" for Azure OpenAI, mandatory for tenants with the Generative Q&A feature. Additionally, an "Embedding Model" field has been added for OpenAI. Both fields allow selection from models "text-embedding-3-small," "text-embedding-3-large," and "text-embedding-ada-002." These changes offer greater control and flexibility for embedding models in your AI features.

  • Minor UI Improvements:
    Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.

  • Minor Bug Fixes:
    Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
