Enhancements
Post-Session Flow:
The capabilities of the product are no longer limited to real-time sessions alone. Post-session processes can now also be performed. This system enables functions such as extracting segments from conversations with low sentiment and forwarding them to senior management or third-party systems for further analysis.Supporting Chat GPT-4o Mini
We are excited to announce that we have integrated GPT-4o Mini into our product. GPT-4o Mini is the most advanced model in the small models category and the most cost-effective option available, providing higher intelligence than GPT-3.5 Turbo while maintaining the same speed.

VA
Improvement in Responses Page:
- It is possible to export the Responses page, which includes the sentences, and other elements used within the design. This allows for further analysis in Excel.
- You can edit the lines individually using the pencil icon to the right of each line.
- Additionally, it is now possible to add the contexts defined in the flow to the Response pages by clicking on the % sign after selecting "edit."
- The names of the buttons for quick replies, among our different types of responses, are also displayed as separate lines.
- After editing, if the searched word is no longer present in that response, it will no longer appear in the list.
Minor UI Improvements:
Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
LC
- LC Showing Customer Information on Agent's Screen:
It is now possible to view end-user information on the live chat screen. If provided by the channel, the customer's name, phone number, email address, and Twitter handle will be visible to the agent on the live chat interface.
