Enhancements

• Adding New "Mobile" Channel:
  The "Mobile" channel type has been added to nodes, allowing scenario designers to specify mobile-specific prompts. This new channel supports the same response types as WebChat, with no additional restrictions. Messages sent to the mobile channel will use the WebChat Mobile ID.

Improvements

• Subflow Support in Intent Action Flows:
  We have introduced the capability to use subflows within intent action flows, enabling designers to reuse pre-built flows like authentication or login processes across different actions. This improvement reduces redundancy, making flow creation more efficient. Subflows containing Virtual Agent or Intent Recognition nodes connot be used in action flows.

• Extending HTTP Node Binary Data Support:
  The HTTP node has been enhanced to support document and image outputs in addition to audio, allowing users to handle a wider range of file types when interacting with external services. This update enables seamless sharing of documents, images, and audio files with customers.

  • Documents: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT
  • Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, HEIC
  • Audio: MP3, OGG, WAV

• Integration Settings Alert for Project Export/Import:
  When exporting or importing projects with integrations, users will now be notified that integration settings are not transferred with the project. This message prompts users to check and reconfigure integrations after the import process.

• Preventing HTML Tags from Being Read Aloud by TTS:
  To enhance the quality of user experience, text messages sent to TTS will be enclosed within tags to ensure that HTML elements are not read aloud.

• Minor UI Improvements:
  Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.

• Minor Bug Fixes:
  Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
