Enhancements

• Adding new widgets to VA dashboard
  New customizable widgets have been added to the Virtual Assistant (VA) dashboard to provide enhanced visibility and user experience. Users can now access a broader range of data and insights directly from the dashboard, improving operational monitoring and decision-making.

• Masking Personal Identifiable Information (PII) in Reporting Pages
  Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is now masked in all reporting pages to enhance data security and privacy compliance. Sensitive user data such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other identifiers will be automatically masked in reports, ensuring that only authorized users can access detailed PII.

• Implement Open-telemetry for Enhanced Service Monitoring
  OpenTelemetry has been integrated into the system to provide enhanced service monitoring and observability across all components. This update allows for improved tracking and troubleshooting of system performance and behavior.

• Integration Settings Alert for Project Export/Import:
  When exporting or importing projects with integrations, users will now be notified that integration settings are not transferred with the project. This message prompts users to check and reconfigure integrations after the import process.

• Giving HTTP Node Advanced Settings on the Node UI
  The HTTP node now includes advanced settings directly within the Node UI, providing users with greater control and flexibility when configuring HTTP requests.

• Minor UI Improvements:
  Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.

• Minor Bug Fixes:
  Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.

• Reporting on how many chats are missed/transferred by agents
  A new reporting feature has been added to track the number of chats that are either missed or transferred by agents. This allows better understanding of agent workload, identify training opportunities, and ensure optimal staffing levels.
