Improvements
Adding FAQ Data Type to GenQ&A:
You can now upload FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) files during GenQ&A training! With this feature, the system will fetch the most relevant answers directly from the uploaded FAQ files when questions are asked in the chatbot flow. This ensures more accurate and consistent responses for the customers.Changing OpenAI Prompts:
The OpenAI prompts used in the system (utterance generation, summary generation and generative coding assistant) have been revised and upgraded to better versions. These improvements aim to generate more accurate, relevant, and context-aware responses, enhancing overall user experience and chatbot performance.Redaction of Fallback Messages & Summary:
The system now supports redaction of fallback messages on the dashboard, and summaries on the conversations page to ensure compliance. Any content that is not suitable for PII (Personally Identifiable Information) will be detected and redacted, enhancing data privacy and security.
Minor UI Improvements:
Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.Minor Bug Fixes:
Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
