Enhancements

• VA/ML - Adapting Transformer Based Sentiment Service:
  The sentiment service has been upgraded to a transformer-based model, improving accuracy and simplifying sentiment categories to Negative, Neutral, and Positive. Dashboard charts, conversations, and historical data have been updated accordingly, and the service now uses v2 endpoints with expanded language support.

• VA - Automatic Tenant Creation through LDM Portal:
  Tenant creation processes have been automated through LDM to minimize manual errors and enhance operational efficiency. External APIs now support tenant creation with scoped access to the Create Tenant method. Additionally, automatically generated clients include predefined configurations such as client_id, API resource, grant type, and claims for TenantID and TenantName.

• VA - Defining Default Values for Editions:
  Users now see only the features available in their selected edition (Basic, Standard, or Premium), streamlining the interface and improving usability

Improvements

• VA - Adding Channel Information to Responses Page:
  Channel information has been added to the responses page, allowing users to view node prompts alongside their respective channel details. Additionally, LC text messages are now included on the responses page.

• VA - Excluding Empty Messages from Customer Side in CA Integration:
  Conversations with empty customer input (e.g., due to SR issues or blank messages) no longer cause errors in CA; other parts of the conversation are now displayed seamlessly.

• VA - Moving Confirmation Tab to Project Settings:
  The Confirmation tab has been relocated to the Project Settings page to enhance user experience and improve accessibility.

• VA- Adding Synonym Besides Pressing Enter:
  Users can now add synonyms in list-type entity definitions without needing to press 'Enter,' simplifying the process and reducing trial-and-error time. This improvement is applied across the Entity page, Global Entity page, Confirmation page, HTTP Node's advanced settings, and SR integration pronunciation settings.

• Minor UI Improvements:
  Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.

• Minor Bug Fixes:
  Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
