Calculation Self Service Rate with Live Agent Handover Count
Self-service rate calculation has been improved by introducing a LiveAgentHandover counter to track conversations handed over to live agents. Previously, the system waited for the agent’s first message, causing inefficiencies, but now the transfer is counted as soon as the Live Agent node is reached.
