#### Enhancements

- **Bulk Delete Support for Users** Enabled bulk deletion of users for easier user management and improved administrative efficiency.
- **Unique Identifier Extraction in Voice Biometrics** Implemented a robust parsing mechanism to extract only the customer ID from IVR and streamer data blocks using regex rules. This ensures accurate user identification during biometric verification.

#### Improvements

- **Migration to ABP 9.0 and .NET 9** Upgraded the infrastructure to ABP 9.0 and .NET 9, enhancing system performance, maintainability, and future readiness.
- **Don’t Allow Tenant Name Change** Added restrictions to prevent tenant name changes, ensuring consistency and avoiding configuration issues across systems.
- **Minor Bug Fixes** Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
