- **Disfluency Handling for Entity Extraction:**  

A new `HandleDisfluency` option has been added to the text manipulation request, enabling the automatic removal of hesitation and filler utterances (such as "uh", "um", "hmm") from speech recognition output before entity extraction. This prevents entities from being fragmented by filler words, resulting in more accurate and consistent entity detection. The option is enabled by default across all supported languages.
