# Version 4.0

## Breaking Changes
* Analyze in detail in Statistical Comparison and Statistical Analysis: Full analysis feature is restricted with 10,000 sampling to provide faster results in statistical comparison and statistical analysis pages.

## Enhancements

* New Conversation Type Emails: Your emails can be delivered and viewed on the Knovvu Analytics user interface. You can read the details of an email, read the related thread and leave comments.
* Detailed evaluation results excel export: Knovvu Analytics presents a detailed format of evaluation results in excel. You can see the scores, reasons and calibration details of each evaluation on excel. 
* Using Generative AI in topic creation: Using llm enables Knovvu Analytics to create more precise categories. 
**Note: Text clustering service must be updated to v12 to use llm based method.**
* New Category Item Releasing Party : Relasing part information can be added to to the categories.
* Excel Export in Statistical Comparison and Statistical Analysis: The generated analysis from statistical comparison and analysis can be exported in xlsx format. 
* New Supported Analysis Language: Hindi
* Hold events on waveforms: Call hold events are now appear on the waveform. 
* Statistical comparison and analysis is capable of regenerating the previous results for the same conversation groups. Therefore you can present the previous results by using the same filters. 
* User Impersonation: Admin user can be enabled to impersonate (login with another user) for troubleshooting purposes.

## Improvements
* Changing externalId via API has been restricted.
* Call max slience start & end values has been removed from analysis pages except waveforms.
* Data formats of the excel has been changed to enable calculations. 
* For monitoring purposes automatic evaluation count is presented on Prometheus.
* For monitoring purposes catagorized conversation count is presented on Prometheus.
* Conversation number has been decreased to improve training time in AI generated categories.  
* Conversation number in converstaion list excel is decreased to improve the creation time and flexibility.
* Mino bug fixes. 
* Minor UI Improvements.

## Known Issues

*	Bug: Impersonation user name does not appear on conversation history logs.
*	Bug: Empty notification description for evaluation results.
*	Bug: Prev and next conversation buttons does not remember the selected tab.
