# Version 4.1

## Enhancements

* Automatic Evaluation Results Page: The results of the automatic evaluations have been seperated from the manuel and hybrid evaluations. As a result, the users are enabled to get the manuel evaluation results without filtering from the others. 
* New Mixed Model: Mixed Model - 3 for Arabic and English has been added.
* ISCII Support for Indic Scripts

## Improvements


* Adding caching to AQM dashboard tabs.
* Average customer sentiment has been  added to the GET Conversation API response.
* Supported Audio formats have been added to the API documents.
* Removing Languages and Claims Pages. 
* Removing Max slience beginning and end durations from the statistical comparison and analysis pages. 
* Bug fix: Showing premium reports settings when the related feature is deactive.
* Bug Fix: Impersonation logging does not show the user name.
* Bug Fix: Evaluation resulr notifications appear blank.
* Bug Fix: Showing correct state for customer sentiment on statistical comparison and analysis pages.
* Minor bug fixes. 

## Known Issues

*	Bug: Created departments via API are deactive.
*	Bug: Users can be included to the deactive departments
*	Bug: Link view for word type real-time notifications.
*	Bug: Open AI Inferance problem.
