# Version 4.10

## Enhancements

**Predicted CSAT:** Knovvu Analytics now predicts CSAT values, providing an instant overview of customer satisfaction on the Analytics Reports page.
**IVR Hold Event in Waveforms:** Enhance your understanding of customer interactions by visualizing the location of IVR conversations directly on the waveform.
**Audio Playback on Conversations Page:** Enjoy seamless playback of audio files directly from the Conversations page, streamlining your user experience.
**Transcript Editing in Video Calls:** Refine communication accuracy by editing video call transcripts directly within the application.
**Service Credentials Security Enhancement:** Strengthen security measures with the removal of service credential values from the Settings.

## Improvements

**Question-Based Reporting Calculation Improvement:** The calculation for question-based reporting has been enhanced by considering question scores.
**Increased Category Name Character Limit:** The character limit for category names has been increased.
**Addition of Category Indexing Performance Metrics:** Performance metrics for category indexing have been added and can be reviewed using APM (Application Performance Monitoring).
**Improved Performance for Non-FCR Tagging** Non-FCR tagging performance has been enhanced by improving its concurrancy ability.
**Automatic Deployment of Sentence Embedding Service:** The Sentence Embedding service is now a prerequisite for creating AI-Generated Topics and is automatically deployed.
**Bug Fix: Filtering Defect When Conversation Type Not Selected:** Resolved a bug related to filtering when the conversation type has not been selected.
**Bug Fix: Defect in Saving Category Builder:** Addressed a bug related to saving in the category builder.
**Minor UI Improvements:** Made minor improvements to the user interface.
**Minor Bug Fixes:** Addressed various minor bugs for overall system stability and performance.

* Error in toast messages given according to the selected category limits.
