Enhancements

• Statistical Comparison from Trends: Users can now drill down on trends observed in the trends page by accessing statistical comparisons. This feature allows for a detailed comparison between specific conversation groups and all conversations within a selected period.

• Automatic Deactivation of Idle Categories: To optimize resource usage, categories that have not been used for a month are now automatically identified as idle and deactivated.

• Sorting Non-FCR Conversations: Non-FCR events can now be sorted based on conversation numbers, providing users with enhanced organization and accessibility.

• Enhanced Non-FCR Excel Export: Non-FCR Excel exports now include attached data and category information, improving data comprehensiveness and analysis capabilities.

Improvements

• Password Rules on User Editing Page: Password rules are now displayed on the user creation/editing page, ensuring users adhere to security standards when setting passwords.

• Restriction on Evaluation with Same Form: The system now restricts the evaluation of a conversation using the same form, preventing redundant evaluations and ensuring data accuracy.

• Security Enhancements: Impersonation permissions have been restricted for all users, and access to the administration page now requires specific permissions, enhancing overall system security.

• Minor UI Improvements: Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface, enhancing user experience and usability.
