# Version 4.11

### Enhancements

- **Statistical Comparison from Trends:** Users can now drill down on trends observed in the trends page by accessing **statistical comparisons**. This feature allows for a detailed comparison between specific conversation groups and all conversations within a selected period.

- **Automatic Deactivation of Idle Categories:** To optimize resource usage, categories that have not been used for a month are now automatically identified as idle and deactivated.

- **Sorting Non-FCR Conversations:** Non-FCR events can now be sorted based on conversation numbers, providing users with enhanced organization and accessibility.

- **Enhanced Non-FCR Excel Export:** Non-FCR Excel exports now include attached data and category information, improving data comprehensiveness and analysis capabilities.

### Improvements

- **Password Rules on User Editing Page:** Password rules are now displayed on the user creation/editing page, ensuring users adhere to security standards when setting passwords.

- **Restriction on Evaluation with Same Form:** The system now restricts the evaluation of a conversation using the same form, preventing redundant evaluations and ensuring data accuracy.

- **Security Enhancements:** Impersonation permissions have been restricted for all users, and access to the administration page now requires specific permissions, enhancing overall system security.

- **Minor UI Improvements:** Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface, enhancing user experience and usability.

- **Minor Bug Fixes:** Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
