### Enhancements

- **Estimated indexing performance:**  

Estimating the indexing performance is enabled to optimize resources.
- **Phrases indicating sentiment:**  

Phrases indicating sentiment is detected and presented on UI.
- **Equal evaluation for all agents:**  

During the assignments it is certain that all agents are evaluated equaly even a new agent has joined to the team.
- **Puzzel screen recording:**  

Screen Records received from Puzzel can be displayed on Knovvu Analytics UI.
- **Showing percentage of the matched conversations with the phrases in a category:**  

The users are enabled to see the dominant phrases causing category matching in Statistical Analysis page.
- **Finding uncategorized conversations:**  

Conversations that do not match any category can now be filtered, which was a highly requested feature by the customers. Thanks to this development, users can easily recognize new category needs and notice critical but forgotten categories by examining these conversations.
- **Undo feature for removed category group:**  

Removing a category groups by mistake is not a problem now. You have undo action.
- **Multiple direction selection:**  

Making a comprehensive analysis over a set of conversations from different directions is enabled by enabling multiple direction selection.
- **Importing RTG conversation as a chat for offline analysis:**  

RTG conversations can be imported to CA for offline analysis and analyzed, categorized or evaluated as a chat.

### Improvements

- **State notification for the Ask GenAI:**  

Knovvu Analytics let you know about the result status of a project created in Ask GenAI.
- **Last modifier information on categories:**  

Last modifier information has been added on categories page to monitor and inspect.
- **State validation of the categories defined in non-FCR:**  

The categories defined in non-FCR cannot be deactivated now.
- **Minor UI Improvements:**  

Several minor improvements have been made to the user interface to enhance user experience and usability.
- **Minor Bug Fixes:**  

Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
