### Enhancements

- **Named Entity Recognition Detection:**
  The system can now detect various types of named entities and presents them on conversation details. Detected entities: Number, Currency, Date, Date period, Month, Year, Month-year, Time, Duration, Phone number, IBAN, E-mail, National ID (Only for Turkey: TCKN)
  
- **Draft Saving Option for Evaluations:**
  Evaluators can now save evaluations as drafts, allowing them to return and complete them later if needed.

- **Visibility of Idle Users on User Page:**
  Idle users are now visible on the user page, allowing for easier management and deactivation to enhance security.

- **Phrase Suggestions in English for Category Builder:**
  The phrase suggestion feature in the category builder now offers suggestions in English, expanding its utility.
  
 - **RTG Live Listen:**
  Enhanced functionality now empowers supervisors with the capability to actively listen active conversations conducted by their agents in real-time, providing increased oversight and support.

### Improvements

- **Restriction on Retraining Actions:**
  Users are now restricted from triggering AI categorization training multiple times to prevent queue accumulation. Training can only be initiated if no other action is in progress.

- **Default Encryption Setting for MinIO in New Tenants:**
  The default setting for MinIO encryption in new tenants has been changed from disabled to enabled.

- **Addition of "See All Categories" Permission:**
  Authorized users can now manage private categories, providing better collaboration and management capabilities.

- **Refactoring of Feature Order:**
  The order of features has been reorganized for improved usability and navigation.

- **Prevention of Activation for Assignments with Passive Forms:**
  Assignments containing passive evaluation forms cannot be activated without activating the associated form, enhancing evaluation process security.

- **Minor UI Enhancements:**
  Several minor improvements have been implemented to enhance the user interface for a better user experience.

- **Minor Bug Fixes:**
  Various minor bugs have been addressed to improve overall system stability and performance.
