Breaking Changes

• Restrictions for not validated users: Validation is a must to receive system emails now. You have to enable validation settings and GUI users are required to validate their accounts in order to receive emails or use the solution.
• Disabling a licensed agent without license refund: Deactivating a licensed user will no longer result in a license refund.

Enhancements

• Non-FCR Tagging according to all categories and Attached data: Knovvu Analytics is capable of non-FCR analysis by considering all categories and attached data now! With the help of that you can detect the non-FCR status every conversations considering their characteristics.
• Conversation Summary: Incorporation of an LLM-Powered Summarization Tool for Quick Comprehension of Conversation Insights
• Overview of the customer sentiment: The Conversations page now provides insights into the sentiment of customer interactions.
• Introducing the tenant administrator user: The Tenant Admin now cannot oversee the management of features that impact system performance and resource allocation. The admin with full authorization is incharge of that.
