# Version 4.3

## Enhancements

* Statistical analysis and comparison according to the sentiment: Sentiment analysis details comparing two groups of conversations or a single detailed are now possible! 
* More phrases in phrase analysis: More differentiating phrases are presented on the  statistical comparison and anaysis pages.
* Objection limitation: Accepted objections are limited and the monthly accepted objection number can be configured from the settings. 
* Feature based integration with LDM: Tenant features are controlled with the license information provided by LDM. 
* Merged AI-generated categories: AI-generated categories can be merged now. Therefore more comprehensive categories categories can be created or similar categories can be merged as one. 

## Improvements
* Not available values and zero result presentations have been standardized.  
* Licensing of import agent became the configurable from the settings.
* Default value of the AI-categorization inference settings has been set to 1 months.
* Retention event only resets the system date if complete conversational data has been deleted. 
* Default value of email verification is enabled.
* Renaming AI-generated categories in exported excels.
* Enabling prebuild items when the system language has changed.
* Bug fix: LLM Based AI-generated categories
* Bug fix: RTL in Arabic transcripts
* Bug fix: Enabling filter saves in statistical comparison and analysis pages. 
* Minor bug fixes.
