## Enhancements
**Notifications with Word Count Interval**  
This feature allows agents to receive notifications based on predefined word count intervals within a conversation. For example, when an important phrase such as "the calls are being recorded" must be stated early in the call, a word count limit can be set to ensure it's said within the first 100 words. This ensures compliance and enhances the structure of interactions by guiding agents precisely when to deliver key messages.

## Improvements
**Minor UI Enhancements** 
Several minor improvements have been implemented to enhance the user interface. These enhancements make the interface more intuitive and user-friendly, contributing to a better overall user experience.
