## Enhancements

**Text Search in Email Type Conversations**
Introduced text search in categories for improving the usability and functionality for email-type conversations.

**Logical Operators in Search**
Implemented NEAR and NOT operators in quick search and integrated them into the search guide, providing users with more precision in search queries.

**Phrase Details for Export:**
Added phrase details in Excel export for user-defined categories, enhancing data clarity.

**Channel-Based Quick Search**
Enabled quick search functionality using AND/OR operators, along with date-limiting options for advanced filtering capabilities.

**New Filters for Call Analysis**
Added "Hold Duration" and "Hold Count" filters to the analytics toolkit, enabling better segmentation and analysis of call data.

**Evaluation Results Enhancement**
Incorporated question scores into automatic evaluation results for Excel export, streamlining access to detailed performance data.

**Call and Screen Record Integration**
Enabled seamless reception of calls and screen recordings from different sources to improve user workflows.

## Improvements

**Default Masking Entities**  
Masking entities now default to a checked state, reinforcing compliance and ensuring data privacy by default.

**Updated Masking Settings**
