## Enhancements
* **Question-Based Evaluator Performance Reporting:** Gain deeper insights into agent performance with the introduction of question-based scores for evaluators, facilitating more effective evaluation and improvement strategies.
* **AQM Reports Enhancement - Max and Min Values Display:** AQM Reports now provide a comprehensive view by displaying the maximum and minimum values of evaluation forms, empowering thorough analysis and assessment.
* **PBX Number Parameter in User API Methods:** Introducing the ability to include PBX numbers as parameters in both POST and PATCH User API Methods, enhancing user data management capabilities.
* **Enhanced Security - Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):** Strengthen account security with the introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication, adding an extra layer of protection to user accounts.
* **Department Search Enhancement:** Departments can now be easily located using related search bars integrated into filters, simplifying navigation and streamlining access.
* **AI Category Confidence Limit Removal:** With Knovvu ML v1.71, the previous limitation on AI-generated category confidence levels has been eliminated, allowing for improved inference performance without confidence level restrictions.
